YouTube is
the big brother of all the online video sites like daily motion etc. but
YouTube also pay to their video makers when someone watch ad for 30 second in
your video. As YouTube is own by Google so Google integrate it with its ad
providing site, Ad sense.

about how much YouTubers earn a month.
You might
have heard YouTubers saying – earning depends on many factor.
So what
are these factors?
We come to
this topic but after that we do little bit case study.
#1 PewDiePie – this is the most
subscribe channel of YouTube , make three to four million dollars per year.
This is very huge revenue but 90% of YouTubers did not make quarter of his
revenue.
#2
Brandon Campbell – a
popular workout channel that make 1300$ from 6ook views, this means he make $2
per 1000 views.
#3 Another popular YouTuber Olga Kay,
says she earned some $100,000 to $130,000 in past three years. Using social
blade, I did some calculation and found that she earn $5 for every 1000 views.
#4 Now if we look to another YouTube
channel, anonymous YouTuber for every 6 million views he or she is
making $10,000, if we do math, it come to around $1.6 per 1000 views.
So what
we conclude from this case study?
We learn
that pewdiepie is making a fortune from YouTube but the other make an average
of $1 to $5 for every 1000 views but I assure you that most of the YouTubers
earn $2 for every 1000 views.

channels earn $2 per 1000 views but other channels make $5 per 1000 views so
here are the different variables that is used by YouTube.
However,
before we discuss them in detail you must you know the ad basic.
How
people make money from YouTube?
As I already
mention that YouTube is own by Google, it run ads on video that you upload to
YouTube through its program called Google Adsense.
Although not
confirm, it’s believe that the spilt 55-45. So if an advertiser pay $100 to
Google then Google take $45 for providing you hosting and other stuff while get
$55. Fair enough.
What type
of ad displayed on your videos?
There are
two types of ad, first is the preroll ads that 20 sec clip that is played
before the start of your video and second is the banner ads that pops at the
bottom of your video.
So here
are different factors that has effect on your earning per 1000 views
A) Location. location has very large effect
on your earning like compare India and USA, if you get 1000 views on India you
may earn up to $2-2.5 it the same time if your video got 1000 views in USA you
likely to earn up to $3-7 so location has large effect on your earning, also in
some countries Sponser video is not available which greatly decrease your
earning.
B) Channel niche. The main player in
YouTube is your niche, your earning from a person will be different but each
get same views this is why? The reason is your niche, YouTube automatically
distribute bid to channels and the highest bid won by the best player of niche.
Now-a-day topic like money making and business related channels earn $50 a day
or even more. But always remember that you must focus on your niche.
C) Number and age of videos. The greater
number of videos you have the greater is the chances of your earning, what is the
reason behind this secret? So the reason is understand by an example, let
suppose you created a channel about make money online and you did not upload a
video let say “how to make money from presto” and if someone search he go to
other channel for watching this so you miss the opportunity. Know your age of
video is also important, if your video is old then may it come on top of search
engine and Google also add it to its search engine so you get high number of
views which result in high earning.
D) Like, comment and share. YouTube design
its algothrim so that when someone like your video it send strong signal to
YouTube search engine that a good video is in their hand.
